Bob started working in the HVAC industry in Payson in 1979 working for two other heating and cooling businesses before obtaining his contractor's license in 1989 and launching O'Connor Heating & Cooling.

About the Owners
After graduating from high school, Bob enlisted in the United States Navy and served in the Seabees. After serving he moved to Payson where he met and married Becky, a native of Payson. They raised two sons together and both sons are presently active in the family business. Bob started working in the HVAC industry in 1979 and was blessed to have been mentored by some of the best in the business. Bob and the boys all work together on each job ensuring that every system we install is going to last for many years and operate smoothly. Becky runs the office usually with several grandchildren in tow. O'Connor Heating & Cooling, Inc. is a family owned and operated business that encompasses three generations where everyone has a job!
Bob is currently the active chairman of the Gila County Building Advisory, and Appeals Board.
